About Bowen

11 years building enterprise operations systems for complex delivery teams.

Bowen Liu spent more than a decade building and managing enterprise operations systems for large-scale technical programs, including data center development, cross-functional reporting, and Smartsheet-based operating infrastructure. That background shaped his bias toward systems teams can actually run: clean intake, reliable metrics, useful dashboards, and automation that removes manual chasing.

He founded Wizard of Sheets in January 2023 to bring that enterprise-grade operating discipline to growth-stage teams. More than 500 Smartsheet implementations later, Bowen leads the team that designs, builds, optimizes, and trains around systems clients can own or keep supported.
